Enjoy window shopping along main street in downtown Rochester, take your game up a notch at Detroit’s Greektown Casino or head down to Campus Martius, where you can hang at “the beach” in the summer or ice skate in the winter. No matter what your interests are, the metro Detroit area has enough restaurants, shops and to-dos to keep you busy all year long.
Southeast Michigan does not disappoint when it comes to sports. Just down the street from Sterling Heights is Jimmy John’s Field where you can watch teams from the United Shore Professional Baseball League play. Or head into Detroit to catch a Tigers, Lions or Redwings game. If you’d rather play than watch, our community has several quality golf courses and other recreational facilities for you to enjoy.
Southeast Michigan features several inland lakes and is less than an hour away from Lake Huron--giving residents ample opportunities to enjoy boating, fishing or just relaxing at the beach.
